Thankfully, we haven't had too much need to be in contact with Karen and her team, but when we have, they've been quick to respond and always very helpful.

The time when we had a real disaster, I'm not sure what I would've done without Karen and her team. While I know we weren't their only client (it was a crazy time when many were faced with damages), I was made to feel so. They helped up find resources quickly, managed what needed to be done immediately for mitigation, and followed through and checked in until everything was done to our satisfaction.

If you're not happy with your agent, call Karen. If you're happy with your agent, call Karen anyway -- she hasn't gone the extra mile for us, she's gone at least an extra 100!
