Julie Martin's agency is not a good place to take your business for insurance, and she is not kind. Their office DOES NOT treat their policy holders professionally - basically told us to figure it out ourselves after paying them thousands of dollars and that we should be "grateful" that they are still helping us with our car insurance issue that is their doing because they didn't file correctly with AZ.

I would strongly recommend elsewhere before going through the headache and frustration my family has gone through here. We really feel mistreated and are 14 year customers with this office - we switched.

In response to the response below: Julie, we called Farmers Insurance Customer Service....told them the situation with ADOT and gave our names specifically. They informed us they never received anything from your office regarding our issue and knew nothing about our situation with ADOT. You were supposed to send the letter to them which we emailed it to you (8/15), they did not receive that either (called on 8/24) - 9 days later.....so this "4 hours" of extra work, obviously was a lie - we confirmed with the Supervisor...You also failed to mention how incredibly rude you and your employees were to us. Did we make that up Did you not tell us we should be "grateful"? Your response is misleading. We had to follow up with you for everything.
