If I could give this agent 0 stars I would, this agent is ignorant, this agent is not looking out for your best interest in mind, this agent has no ability to explain charges on his behalf, I would never reccommend anybody to even get a quote much less a policy from this so called auto insurance agent, the way he does business he should be in a car lot washing cars and on his way to jail... DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Joseph Sprague!
