He is a fast talker, you know the type that builds a rapport with you and then scams you. He and Samantha signed me up for a second policy with Farmers at the same address. Stole my money and told me I was confused. He is not to be trusted he is a very good liar. Canceled the policy I asked to keep and thought he was going to force me to be his customer! No stars but the app won’t let you do that.

John Forker and “Samantha Jenkins” if that’s her real name are crooks!

My elderly mother established a new home insurance policy directly through Farmers. After our original insurance provider of over 70 years went under.

“Samantha” then called my mom to “confirm” a new policy based on an internet lead, then fraudulently canceled the policy she’d already established with Farmers and started a newer and more expensive policy through his agency. He then stole payments in excess of $400 and claimed the charges were for his commission( which shouldn’t exist because we NEVER reached out to him for a policy!).

To make matters worse, when he fraudulently started the newer policy he made it appear as if we had a lapse of coverage when we didn’t.

It took hours of phone conversations with Farmers to get the initial policy reinstated and my mom refunded. To date Farmers has the proof that he did this & we are reporting him for fraud. Hopefully they’ll take his license but in case they don’t….BEWARE. JOHN FORKER is a scammer!!!

It costs nothing to do good business but bad business will cost you this time!!

I did not have good experiences. They don't send me important documents when I call they say they will and don't follow through. When I called back they said they had to research the issue and will call me back and never do. I am looking for a new Agent. Poor follow through.
