Jessica never answer the phone, my sister did not know that her car insurance got canceled after 12 years, we called Farmers they told us that my sister was supposed to update her personal information but Jessica never send her any paperwork or follow up with her. When Rosa used to run this business she will call her in case she needed any paperwork. Be very careful when you buy your insurance from Jessica you might end up without insurance because Jessica doesn't follow up. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE JESSICA DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS, my sister had so many car and home policies with farmers for the last 12 years but it didn't seem to matter to Jessica or Farmers.

Agents ALWAYS communicate AND CARE so much about their clients, I have never had better service from anyone except Anthony and Jessica (my agents) who are very kind and helpful, thoughtful and extremely easy to work with as well as approachable as people. I’m sad I moved to a new state or else they would have my business FOREVER! Best rates best people best everything 12 stars ⭐️
