I am so thankful for Jeff Parker and Farmers Insurance. When we set up our policies, Jeff explained our current coverage and what coverage we would have with Farmers (on every policy we got more coverage for the same or less cost to us.) He answered all of our questions and gave us excellent rates on our automobile, life, home, and boat insurance. Jeff has been a tremendous agent. He is thorough and was so fast to respond when we had any issues or questions. His staff has always been courteous and helpful as well. Jeff has customers for life! Thank you Jeff and thank you Farmers!!!

Very good person, very good insurance agent. June 2019 we had large oak tree fall through our roof at our home. I called at 7am next morning to leave a message for my agent. Agent Jeff Parker actually answered the phone and helped me file a claim . Within 2 hours Mr Parker showed up at my house to check on things. He told me not to worry that Farmers had this covered. Indeed they did. He helped guide me through the whole process until completion of new roof and other damages repaired. Mr Parker exudes confidence that all is going to be just fine. It is such a assured feeling to have an real person to deal with than just 800 numbers. I did have to call some 800 numbers but any questions about process Mr Parker answered promptly. The Farmers adjuster was Christopher Williams and he was great also. I just was extremely pleased with how well Farmers and their agents took care of my claim. I highly recommend Jeff Parker with Farmers insurance to anyone looking for coverage.

I'd just like to say that I've had several different insurance companies and agents in the past several years. But I've had farmers with Jeff Parker as my agent for the last 9 yrs and there isn't a better agent anywhere. He's more than your agent he's your friend and he'll do everything possible to help you anyway he can. I've recommended Jeff to my friends for several years now and they're just as satisfied as I am. We've done business with a lot of insurance companies over the years, but Farmers has proven to be the best company for us. We have our home, autos, equipment, rental properties, and life insurance with them. Their prices are competitive, their claims department is excellent, and our local agent is terrific -- very friendly and professional and always willing to go the extra mile to help us when we've needed him -- plus I love their TV commercials! We've recommended Parker Insurance to several of our friends and we plan to stay with them for a long time!
