I just have to say that if you are looking for an insurance agent that would makes customer service a priority- keep looking! My home owners policy has almost doubled every year and not once has this agent reached out to me for a policy review or even bothered to discuss a renewal with me, just submits a renewal to my escrow and collects a check. I have never had a claim and my renewal for my homeowners policy was over $3200, up from $1800 last year!!! I requested a policy dec page and I explained my frustration and the lady who answered the phone could have cared less. Sorry but they don't deserve my money!

Recently encountered JR through landlord policy shopping. He was kind and very efficient- prices are fair, and he discussed my coverages in detail. Several months later, I now have confidence my property and family has the proper coverage. Insurance is a scary topic- his agency does a great job in prompt communication, and friendly service!

This group is awesome!!! JR and his team are very nice to work with and always helpful when it we have questions regarding our many different policies with them. We actually had to open a claim due to water pipe breaking and flooding our house. I was very impressed with all the different people involved in the process, starting with JR, then the insurance company, the people who came out to dry the floors and walls, inspector, ect. They were kind, efficient, timely and fair!

If I could give zero stars I would. It was a nightmare from start to finish for the entire year and a half having insurance here. Unfortunately for us, we were recommended to JR because Farmers is one of the only agency’s locally that handles course of construction insurance. We soon found that not only does their response time take 5 or more business days (if your lucky) for simple questions and requests, but they also canceled our insurance multiple times even though we paid up front for a year. This made our home building process and even bigger nightmare because every time they cancelled the insurance, it halted construction. When we finally had enough of their mistakes we went back to State Farm, and instead of paying me back the remainder of what we paid up front, they billed me for additional months of service. I called and emailed them multiple times trying to receive an explanation of why they are continuing to bill me when they actually owe me money back, with no response. So, instead of simply responding and explaining what the bill was for, they copped out and sent me to collections ON MONTHS THAT I DIDN’T EVEN RECEIVE SERVICE. Hopefully someone else can avoid the headache of working with this agency because of this review.

Very responsive team. I was having trouble with my 1st mortgage holder sending the first payment for my new Farmers homeowners policy(escrowed). When I got the letter I texted JR in the late evening and he responded right away that his team were already on it. He called me early the next morning to tell he'd just talked to my lender and confirmed payment was on its way. Fantastic worry-free service!
