I was shopping for Insurance to see if I was comparable to my current Condo and Car policy. I spoke with Olivia Favia from Farmers Insurance who called me on my home phone which now only people who call me on it are Sales, Spam and Robo Calls. I happened to be home during the pandemic so I answered. Not only was she polite, but went through the process to get a quote and was honest that she could not help which I admired. She also went through the process in such a friendly manner. I welcome her call back in a few months to review to see if they can do better! So refreshing to have a person who is watching out for me (the consumer) and I'd definitely change even if it was definitely a little more. Sadly I have been disappointed in my current insurance response (Liberty Mutual) to a claim that took over 2 weeks to get a response. But so far Liberty Mutual is "cheaper" and it shows in their claim process.

I needed flood insurance right away as FEMA decided my building on Lake Michigan was now in a flood zone. I was referred to Jim’s office and he took care of it right away and kept me posted throughout the ordeal. We did however get a little chuckle that FEMA is insisting on flood insurance suddenly when the lake has been at the same level for two years and I live on the 7th floor! Jim is a great guy with amazing customer service. I have all my business, commercial property, home and auto insurance with him including some retirement funds. I periodically shop around but I've never left him. In fact, I started my relationship with him after my previous company had me underinsured and I only found out once I had a claim. That was 1999.
