I have been with the Collier insurance agency for over 5 years and I am very satisfied with my coverage as well as the treatment I get on the phone, by text, or in person. Everyone goes out of their way to help. We have had a few incidents and they are easy to contact and Farmers Insurance is quick to do claims and get you back on the road. Farmers probably is not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for. I would rather pay a little more to have peace of mind that they will be there for me. It is also not many places you can walk into that they know your name and are happy to see you.

Farmers Insurance has the ability to hand you a check the day you open a claim. Yes, the premiums are higher, but what other company comes out, inspects your car and gives you money all in one day.
You NEVER need to hire an attorney. Farmers helps you with their legal team when you're not at fault in an accident or property damage and the other company won't pay up.
