Felicity is always friendly, willing to answer all my questions and is knowledgeable about the insurance world. I appreciate all her hard work.
She will do all she can to find the right insurance for you. She’s always quick to respond to messages and phone. She is also a Broker which allows her to quote from partnering insurance agencies, outside of Farmers.
Felicity helped me out of a tight situation and saved my bacon. You’d think with buying my 2nd home I’d know all there is to know but things change as we know. Felicity is very knowledgeable about escrow, and different insurance needs.

So glad I found Felicity...she saved my deal! I was under contract to buy a cabin and could not find a carrier to insure the property.
