Ernesto is Amazing, For years my Dad had his Insurance through him, whenever he changed vehicle's, Ernesto made the process so easy and made sure we understood everything correctly🚗 I recently bought a vehicle and as Ernesto was not able to get me insured immediately no fault of His but because of insurance company reasons it takes approximately 30 days to complete process. Great Experience!!! I switched over to Farmers from another Big name Insurance company which I am so happy I did. My agent Ernesto Hernandez is amazing he was able to give me a great price with more coverage than I was getting, he explained to me in detail my policy which I never really understand. Ernesto is super polite and professional. I love the fact whenever I come in with my son there is a play table so he is occupied while I take care of my business. The office is very kid friendly. If your looking for an agent go to Ernesto i've sent all my friends and they absolutely love Farmers and Ernensto Hernandez.
