Agents Eric Uzeta and Maria Badilla are friendly, deeply knowledgeable, and quick to respond to questions/issues their clients may have. They are kind and patient about explaining the parts of your policy that are difficult to understand. I also like that they can take care of you via email/phone so you aren't forced to schedule an office visit. For those of you who prefer to meet a new insurance agent in person, Maria, very warmly offered us an in-person appointment before we opted to take care of our insurance policy needs digitally.

Bilingual service side note: I think it's great that this agency's staff is fully bilingual (Spanish/ English). This service feature means that the primarily Spanish-speaking person included in my policy doesn't have to wait for a family member to translate and can call directly and access the information they need on their own.
