I hate paying for insurance, but when you have an agent like Eric Gee, and the team at Farmer's, I can truly see the value in it. I've been a customer of Eric's for over 20 years. During that time Eric, and Farmer's, have gone above and beyond exactly when I've needed them most: flooded house, car accidents, etc... Every time I've had to file a claim, Eric and his team has done exactly what I needed them to do; resolve my problem quickly and easily. They have always helped take the stress out of stressful situations. What I also love is that when I send an email with a question, I get an almost immediate response from Eric - not an automated system. When I call, I talk with Eric, or one of his team members who know all about who I am and my account - not a machine. Eric and his team are there when I need them, and they don't just push me off to a machine or to the web to get something done. Because of the incredible service from Eric, and the Farmer's team, I'll never switch to another insurance company. What you get with this team is worth every penny.

My wife and I are purchasing a home currently and needed insurance. We reached out to several different companies to obtain quotes and Farmers had the best deal for us. More importantly though, is the customer service that we received from Eric.

Eric was responsive, detailed, and very kind. We had a ton of questions and he was very responsive.

As far as insurance goes, the rates vary by agency to agency so get multiple quotes, BUT as far as customer service and experience goes, you cannot go wrong with Eric!!!!
