Garrett had one job to do and that was cancel a policy. A month went by and the premium came out of the bank account. I called the insurance company and they said the policy was never cancelled. This created a hardship and now we have to wait to get a check in the mail for the premium refund, and the additional premium that should not have been taken out. Agents have have 1 job and that is to cancel and write polices. He did half his job.

I am also disappointed in the lack of his response to phone calls and emails, which are not returned.

I would not recommend this agent.

I've had Farmer's insurance, pretty much everything covered, since 2007. I've NEVER had any issues with this agent, or it's employees. Every question I have ever had regarding any coverage issue was answered quickly and thoroughly. Is it possible I could find cheaper coverage elsewhere? Maybe, but I'll tell you that if customer service is important to you, well it's more important to them.

There is always someone that can't be pleased, but this agent goes above what I'd consider the minimum to make sure I have the right coverages at the best pricing.

Been with the Ehrlich Insurance Agency for 20 years. The staff is always very responsive. Don makes sure I have the proper coverage and is always looking out for my well being. If you're looking for an agent you can actually talk to, and not just a 1-800 number, this is the place!

I’m a first time insurance buyer and I called several Insurance companies and I chose Don’s Insurance agency in Green Valley because they where the only office that took the time to explain all of my coverage options and what they all did for me so that I could make a educated purchase. They are such nice people there I would recommend them to everyone.

Customer service at this agency is substandard at best. Being told that you have “pissed off” your agent verbally on the phone is not how someone should treat a client. I would find another farmers agent to deal with.
