I miss Delia when you called someone was always available now with Michael you can't get any answers I'm about to change to a different office due to the fact business hours are not being met with call time. If I had a concern or someone else bill statements coming to my address something not right I been insured for many years for someone else insurance bill to be coming to my address.

I've been doing business with Delia's office about 30 years now. There's a reason we've been doing business together for so long. Delia and her staff treat me like I'm their most important customer. When I've had issues in the past Delia and her staff have always made sure those issues were resolved amicably and promptly. I'm not just another account when I'm dealing with her or her staff, I'm always made to feel welcome and treated with kindness and professional courtesy. They excell in those areas. That's why I stay with her office. I could probably find a better rate, but I'd have to give up her services and that's not happening. When you find a company that treats you well. You stay with them. I do NOT care for the corporate offices attitude and if I had to deal with them, I'd definitely switch companies. But as long as I have Delia and her staff to work with. I'll stay here.
