Worst agency ever. I would give a 0 if I can; people who work there do NOT know what they are doing. The lady LILY XIE, considered as their manager does NOT know anything about insurance policy. She did NOT tell me to call Farmers instead just sent me off to a lawyer, who she knows will not accept my case! She threw me off the bus by calling my parents because I was speaking up for my rights. The whole office thinks people are gullible and treat people with Low English Proficiency horribly; u need to set yourself low to gain the help u deserved. This is NOT how you treat your customers！ RUN AWAY FROM THEM!

This is the worsttttt agency you can possibly find on earth. The whole company runs under one license (charles lu) and the people that work there are UNLICENSED AND DONT knows what’s going on with anything. The old lady LILY, extremely rude, extremely bias, don’t have a clue what’s going on, extremely unhelpful. After a conversation that I found out she was LYING ABOUT MY POLICY, she immediately hangs up my phone. That’s not the right way to treat a customer.

I wish I could give 0 star. They gave a third party my insurance info without any authorization or verification. COMPLETELY IRREPONSIBLE!!! LILY XIE, THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED PHONE CALL WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I will consult my attorney to see if they breached my right of consumer privacy. Be aware! They could give your information to any other party who sends a request to them.

I honestly wish I could give a "zero" star review. This is the worst insurance company I've worked with. Customer service is non-existent. They are rude and liars. Please save the stress, don't work with them.
