I have tried twice to get my automobiles, travel trailer and and boat insured through Mr. Eckberg's agency and both times his office rep has swayed and deterred me away from even getting a quote, telling me their rates are super high (aren't they all right now) and pretty much refusing to give me a quote. I don't know if it was the time of day I am calling 4:00pmish each time but this kid made sure to tell me "his cousin" the owner will tell me the same thing, their rates are too high for me. (Without knowing if they may be less expensive the same or not). As a business owner I would be disappointed in having someone I pay turn business away repeatedly.
