Quite possibly one of the most impressive insurance guys that you will ever meet. We met with Carlos at his agency to discuss options and see if we could save money. The moment we walked in, his employees were super friendly in the office and we got a tour of the place. They all were very knowledgeable and knew their stuff which was a plus. Not at one moment did we feel like we stepped into a "typical" insurance place, but could tell they really take care of their customers. Also impressed with the integrity that Carlos and his team showed us. They really are top notch!

I recently lost my homeowners insurance and had to get a new policy. Carlos made this process very easy and he was able to answer all of my questions and got me a great rate for a home and auto bundle! He broke everything down to how much I will pay as well as a comparison to what I was paying before! If you are not sure like I was, I highly recommend you to Farmers and ask for Carlos!
