For the past few days I've been speaking to an agent at this Farmer's branch and it was a complete waste of my time and energy. Quotes sounded very attractive after the first conversation, and as days went by, they just kept going up and today was the final straw, when the agent backed off on initial deductibles being quoted, and they doubled as well. Very much feels like a bait and switch exercise.

Thankfully I did not sign any policies.

This agency was referred to me by the Dave Ramsey team.

I love Katy! She was so helpful when I came in to get rental insurance. She saved me so much and gave me higher coverage's! I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and compassion shown at this office. Katy made sure to keep me in my budget and give me everything I needed! She has truly earned my trust.
