Anna, like no other agent explained, listened, and made sure that I had the best coverage. She took care of all necessary paperwork to make the transition seamless and stress free. Not only she's been very knowledgable and professional, she also has been extremely supportive and kind. If I needed anything, she's just a text or a phone call away-very responsive and helpful. She takes care of me like a family, getting the best deal and giving the best advice.

Over the years I’ve dealt with other major insurance companies.
They made me feel like a number rather then a person, and treated me poorly on the rare occasion I had a claim.

In contrast Farmers is reasonably priced for home and auto, and when I unfortunately had a claim I was treated with kindness and respect,
And my rates didn’t skyrocket as a result !

Anna is really nice, and always available to answer questions and provide coverage advice.
I Especially appreciated her advice when my teenager started driving!

I recommend Anna and farmers to everyone I know !
