Almost never returned calls always had issues with policies. They would say they will call back but never did. Work couldn't allow me to go in person since I worked in OC and got off late. One time I kept calling them from my personal line and wouldn't pick up, called them from my work line and someone picked up right away smh... they were just avoiding me, I really had a bad experience with them. Never actually spoke to the agent because he would have his assistants call me and even I would request speaking to him it never happened. Go some place else. The company is great but this office is garbage.
