Top notch team over at Farish Realty! I can't say enough good things about them! As a medium-sized investor, they do a fantastic job keeping me in the loop with my properties, and any trends in the market. They are always ahead of the curve when it comes to keeping me updated with what to expect, and how rent rates are trending. They also offer excellent advice in terms of upgrades and amenities that tenants are looking for in order to set my properties apart. I have never heard of them being rude or condescending to tenants, and consistently get positive feedback about tenant-management interactions. They always deliver an outstanding customer experience (both owner and tenant), and I recommend them to every other investor I speak with!

Farish has been absolutely great to work with. They have managed my apartment for over 2 years and I have no complaints. If I had a need they would see to it within a reasonable time frame. Everyone there has always been very professional and kind. I absolutely recommend them!

Great resource for a property management company. They do an excellent job for the owner's interest. Renting from them was not terrible either. The part that misses the mark from a renters perspective is when it is time to move on, FR&A do what they can to keep back as much of a portion of your security deposit as their contract allows for. We took great care of the place and improved it some. Upon leaving, we did a deep clean of the place and touched up wherever paint was scarred from hanging / moving, but they like to focus on minor things to keep back some of the deposit, they don't credit you for any of the things you did to improve their property, but only highlight that they are estimating it based on what the vendor is telling them. Blending the paint for touchup areas = a full day for painting touchup and minus $350 of funds that you were counting on for taking care of your family during this high inflationary environment. Moving a fridge (that they said they were no longer using) from a shed in the backyard to back in the house = 3 hours of labor and minus $150 of funds you were counting on for taking care of your family with high inflation. There ends up not being really much you can do to get the portion they take back, because its really whatever a judge decides, so possibly you can get it back through small claims court, if your not always too busy working a couple of jobs to take care of your family during a high inflationary period.
