On Feb 4, 2025 I went got setup on my C-pap, Allison Hemphill was the technician who explained to me how it works. she did a great job doing it made it easy to under stand. Before I even got she called to make sure, I was ok with using the C-pap that meant a lot to me. The mask I choose, I did not like. I called her she told me to come by the office she would give me a diff. one. The one she gave me worked great. She was very thorough, helpful and entertaining!
Also she sent me a email the day I left and it asked to give her a review which I did with 5 stars somehow it only showed 3 which was not true a 5 plussssssss. Thanlks again

It took over a month to get my machine. I actually went in the office at Family medicine twice, finally the lady told me my insurance was the hold up. I called the insurance company right then and they told me they were not the hold up , my prescription for the machine was transferred to Synapse, I've never heard of this company. The insurance company gave me their phone number after she called them herself. They tried to tell me I cancelled my order when I spoke to the first person at Adapt Health, I was only asking for other options. The delivery person was excellent, but the people that answer the phone and process orders need more training, they all seem like they don't know what they are doing and even confused. It was very frustrating.

I was treated like I was some one that matter. Most places I go the people talk to me like I have done something to them. The ladies that took care of me made me feel special. The treated me like we have been in contact before. I have never seen them before and they was so kind. I pray that they will always be the one I talk with. The ladies at the front when you first come in was also very wonderful. Thank you.

I gotten a hospital bed. The technician explained why I wasn’t getting the bed that , my doctor asked that I get . And why I end up having to get the one I did. And why . It couldn’t be some where in my home that I wanted it . Very happy. I’m of type of person I need to know why. With kindness
