I switched auto insurance to State Farm recently, in August. Already the agents of the Lomita and Whittier offices have shown me that “State Farm is there” is more than just a slogan. Someone has always answered my calls, and dealt with issues promptly and efficiently. Each one was very nice. Blanca, Sarah, and Caroline thank you. Sorry if I left someone off.
With my previous insurance company, it is taking several weeks before finally (hopefully) getting insurance transition paperwork and billing on the way to being straightened out because of the opposite situation.
