I had a disappointing experience with this company when I purchased a vehicle from them. There were multiple issues with the car that the owner and his wife promised to fix. These included a faulty AC compressor, bad coil packs, a key fob that didn't stay connected, malfunctioning remote start and keyless entry, tire and wheel problems, a non-functional navigation/radio module, and a damaged lift gate.

They assured me that they would take care of all these issues and even had me take the car to a Ford dealership for some of the repairs. However, they have been avoiding paying the bill and have now gone as far as telling me that they don't care if I hire an attorney or file police reports for their fraudulent behavior.

Based on this experience, I strongly advise caution when considering buying from this company or using their tax service. If they are willing to defraud someone over simple repairs, it raises concerns about what other fraudulent activities they may be involved in.
