Had a good visit. Went to the store to ask some questions and to schedule an appointment on Monday, was immediately scheduled the next day for a 9:30 appointment. The girls at the front desk were very helpful and my visit was very organized and went smoothly.

Eye care Center relocated next to target since the last time I had an exam. Google maps was a little confusing because it got me to the shopping area but did not bring me to the front door using the address. (Just an FYI)

Setting up an appointment was easy, they had great communication as far as reminders via text message. Upon arrival to my appointment I received a quick, pleasant and painless check-in process by Angie. I didn’t have to wait around and was immediately called in for my eye exam. During the exam I received great communication from the doctor explaining what they were doing what they saw and all questions were answered. I decided to get some prescription sunglasses made in felt like I received great customer service in this process. They were great Help picking out a set of glasses and explaining the different options on lenses. Highly recommended!

I made an appointment 6-8 months ago for my 4 year old because she has a lazy eye that I really wanted to address. I called 20-30 places clearly stated her age and this one of a couple places that said they would see her that accepts her insurance. I get a call today a week or so before her appointment and am told the doctor does not accept children under 5. Absolutely ridiculous by the time I get my daughter into another eye doctor she will be 5. I'm livid.

Impressed by lest than 20 mins wait time and friendly attitude of the staff person who checked me in. Impressed with the doctor’s thorough exam and his patience listening to my concerns and making a referral to find a solution to my concerns and problems with my eyes.

Very rude , no help will not be back . Came to pick up my glasses and didn’t offer to tighten my glasses or try to ensure they were okay , threw the case at me and told me to have a good day , you usually get a bag , glasses cleaner and etc .

My appointment was canceled in November of last year. They never rescheduled. I have been calling to schedule an appointment for my daughter and myself but when you go online or call, the next available month is November. Not acceptable. I like them but I need my regular eye appointments.

I found eyecarecenter to be extremely friendly and professional. They answered any questions I had. They also offer monthly payments which is a blessing since I'm on Social Security. I'd also like to give Dr. Loudon 5 stars for his excellent service.
