Please do yourself a favor and NEVER use this broker, specifically Kristi Merritt.
We had an offer on a house that was ACCEPTED, and we had signed the contracts at about 9 PM in the evening. We needed to make a change, so we would do so in the morning.
The next morning, as we are prepping to get the home inspected and the paperwork RE signed, they informed our broker that they had ANOTHER, BETTER offer, and were going to go with that.
This is simply a case of a person subverting their values for money, and is a TERRIBLE way to take care of people.
Worse, I am a VETERAN, and this is how this company treated me and my family.
Stay away from them. They dont care about you, or your family, your service to your country, or even being decent human beings. They care about MONEY. Period.

RE: Deanne Kennison - Be wary when you see this agent listed on a real estate listing. She represented the seller in a transaction where we purchased a home, and she was beyond difficult to work with the entire time. She was never available and would take days to respond to any question, request, etc. - and even then, it usually took follow-up from our agent to get any response. She would not speak on the phone, would not answer and would send to voicemail. She would only reply via text or email. We believe she advised her client to do items not per the contract and when we tried to remedy the issues, she just ghosted us. Our agent finally had to get her broker in charge involved in order to get everything handled. Which, in the end, did not happen. As an agent she should have advised her client correctly and she should have taken any responsibility for anything her client didn't handle appropriately.
