This is mine and my husbands first time buying a home and now no one will contact us bc after two inspections and two appraisals with this company they didn’t catch that our house is INFESTED with mold and our water heater is bad and wasn’t even tested when installed we had to turn it on ourselves. And now no one will get in contact with us to fix this problem. Our house smells like mold and we’ve only lived in it for a few months and it does not grow and smell that fast and we’ve been without hot water for months. Was working with Jessica/Kim for almost a month . Asked about a property took a week for a response after many calls to them . made an offer, signed all the paperwork and all that. took another week for a response and instead of countering my offer like a normal seller I had waited another week just to be told it’s sold … wouldn’t do any business with them ever again or recommend anyone to them.even told them I Had cash in hand and trying to close asap

If I could give you a zero I would. I did a mutual release and was supposed to have my earnest money returned to me. First they sent it to someone in Opelika and I live in Florida. Then ,supposedly it was mailed to me days ago and I don't have it yet I'm getting my lawyer involved . Bunch of lying thieves

False advertising of property and discrimination of buyers. You don't advertise property for 200,000 and tell a potential buyer for them it will be 240,000.
