We came to the property at 4pm at the agreed arrival time, the flat was not ready and we was told to wait until 6pm, the flat didn’t have an aircon nor a view of the pool. After loocking my way in with my two children, carrying 3 suitcases upstairs ( no lift) and 5 bags of food and water, I sent them a message about the pool key and where I could find it, and shortly after I got a mail saying that they had cancelled my stay for no apparent reason, they did not confirm the cancelation so I had to wait for my refund, and find another place late in the evening with two tired children, absolute disaster! We were shortly after called by the employee that there had been a miscommunication between them and booking.com, and we were aloud to enter the apartment, but the hot water tank was not turning on due to a faulty wall switch, and the answer I got was that the other guest had not had any problems with it. The flat is nothing like described, has no aircon or pool view, and a smaller kitchen. The bed is broken underneath the mattress and the fan not working.

If you are looking to rent and this place is the management/owners. Look else where. There greed is beyond measure and lack of concern for the tenant is appalling. They don't care to follow the lease when it comes to things on there end. Just do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company.

Beware they are slum lords. Don’t ever move summer court Townhome. The manager is lazy and rude. The apartments are horrible. They won’t replace nothing. They rip you off on your utilities too.

My security deposit was 850. And I received back around only 360 after I cleaned everything literally. No damages or anything. They LIED and said they had to clean brand new carpet for 150 which I never messed up didn’t eat nor drink in the rooms. Was charged over 100 dollars to paint. Which was also a LIE. Had a bad roach infestation problem from the beginning.

Rented from one of their properties in Dothan. Did not know the area very well and found out within a week of renting the place that it was a very high crime area with heavy signs of criminal activity and noise at night. When I spoke to the property managers about not feeling safe on the property and changed my mind about living there, they had a very condescending attitude and spoke to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I hadn’t even fully moved into the property and was charged over $3000.00 for a lease buy out and every possible fee they could charge me. This is very bad business practice, they could have just kept my deposit and re rented because they have a waiting list to get in. No human touch or understanding whatsoever. If someone doesn’t want to live on your property and someone else does, make it available for someone else instead of making life he🏒🏒 for somebody wanting to move out.
