Eva is an outstanding real estate agent. She really understands her client's needs.
Based on our requirements, we toured a house that was off market. Initially, we were not very convinced with that house and also felt that it was a stretch. We went about seeing several other open houses. What we realized is that, the house that Eva showed actually met all of our needs and even we liked it the best.
We also needed to sell our current house before buying the bigger house.
She got our home ready in no time - painting, deep cleaning, inspections, gardening work and staging. All done within a week! And the house was sold in 2 days for more than what we were expecting. Thanks to that, we were able to afford the bigger house which seemed out of reach before. We were able to close both the houses on time.

Eva did an outstanding job assisting me with the sale of my condo. Her entire Tim McGuire team helped me with my first purchase and I never forgot that smooth and calming transaction. It only made sense to reach out to them again to sell my property. The entire process from the beginning to end was very smooth. I was Informed of every detail and was given a timeline of tasks that were scheduled or needed to be completed. It helped me a great deal since I have a very busy shift work schedule. It allowed me to schedule around my timeline. I did not have to worry or stress over anything since Eva answered all my questions and got back to me very quickly. I definitely felt like my needs and any worries were a priority to her and her team. To top it off my home was on the market for less than a week, it was sold quicker than I expected.
