This is a second time me and my husband worked with Eugene. Eugene helped us to buy a nice house at Amador county in less than a month! We extremely lucky to find such a great professional who truly takes care of his clients as they were his own family. We were in the situation where we needed to move out fast from our old place, and thanks to Eugene we made it way prior to expected time.
I must say that Eugene worked remotely from South Carolina, but we never felt that distance as he was there for us 24/7. Overall, the whole process went so smoothly, that sometimes we had to remind ourselves that we buying a house, because Eugene guided us through all the steps with every little detail. He even booked some appointments for us, did all negotiations, and guided us through the inspections reports, giving us red flags to look for. The best thing about Eugene is that he combines a perfectionist pickiness, when it comes to finding a property, and a “shark mode”, when we already made a choice. A huge thank you to our real estate agent! Highly recommend.

Eugene made the house buying process a breeze! He was super responsive, knowledgeable, detailed in explaining each step of the way, professional, and so thorough in providing information regarding our options for home inspections.
