We found Eugene C Yates Insurance broker online. We stopped by without an appointment and they not only greeted us with a warm welcome, but they saw us right away. We explained that our current Insurance carrier was charging us more than we thought we should be paying for car insurance. I have been with this insurance company for 22 years and they have always had the best customer service, fast response time, helpful in every way possible (especially when I was rear ended by an uninsured driver), they had my back and helped me so much to make a bad experience a breeze. I can't say enough great things about this insurance company and especially Maggie! She has been such a light in the dark for my family, helpful with answering ALL my questions, and I had a lot! She ALWAYS answered my calls on the first ring, in fact, I don't think Ive ever had to leave a message which is invaluable when I'm at work most of the time. I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs.
