I started off this process with Vickie Parker and as a first time homebuyer, she’s exactly what you want. Kind, patient, responsive and friendly. About 2 weeks from closing she transferred to another company and Karen was to be our new relator. Which was strange since she was the one representing the sellers as well. She was unresponsive, negative and just plain rude. She never cleared things with us and just scheduled appointments. We live in Texas. We have to plan in advance since it’s a 3 hour drive and we both have work and school. The only time she ever responded quickly was when it had to do with something the sellers needed or wanted. At the final walk through she was appalled we hadn’t transferred the money yet and gave us a look of disgust. We called the tile company and were informed we did not have transfer the funds before we arrived. If I were you, I wouldn’t use this company. I would go find Vickie Parker or anyone else besides Karen. Anyone has got to be better than her. She ruined our first time buying a home. I wouldn’t wish her on my worst enemy.

Was NOT IMPRESSED. Was very pushy on my personal info. Her job is to show me the property....not organize my finances , which I already had EVERYTHING taken care of through the VA. Insisted I go to her office and sign HER papers before SHE allowed me to see properties in HER area. So...I chose another area! Felt very bullied.

We started with this company with the best relator I have ever met. But we finished with the most self centered, rude, inconsiderate relator I’ve ever met. Karen. She was unhelpful and non informative and continued to get my simple name wrong. She made our first ever home buying experience, terrible. Especially sense she got both pieces of the pie because our relator left her company. She was the sellers and buyers representation. Know I understand why that is illegal in Texas. One can hope that she does better by the next person she represents.
