Excellent service and professionalism by Arash. He helped us through the process of buying our 1st home in Canada. We had a great experience working with him. I couldn’t believe how responsive he was to all of our requests and questions, no matter how many questions we’ve asked, and he knew far more than we ever hoped to about the process of buying a home. He was always responsive and patient even at weekends and late evenings.

I had the pleasure of working with Arash to find and buy my home. The amount of care and attention Arash put for me and my wife was simply outstanding. I had a great experience working with Arash as a first time home buyer in the GTA. Arash was very dedicated to his work and provided me and my wife with very important insights about the properties. During the showing sessions, he was very organized and had planned the best route for showing the houses. His professional background in civil engineering was very complementary to his service. He provided professional insights about the houses we were shown. For making an offer, he always cares about his clients no matter on what side he is standing. He is not like hundreds of agents in the GTA who rush you to make a higher offer which makes them a greater commission. He fights for his clients to save them more money. For closing, he referred us to very professional mortgage brokers and lawyers. Overall, I don't think I could've had a better experience as a first time home buyer in the GTA market.
