I spent over 3 months to get an insurance card as an employee. I have had to jump through hoops to make a single thing happen while dealing with a major injury that has left me partially immobile, only to be told it is my fault for not reaching out to them sooner and putting the blame on me. I have text messages showing that they admitted to incorrectly filing for my insurance costing me time and pain for a few weeks. After contacting the insurance provider myself, I have been able to receive everything needed from here.

After speaking to multiple insurance brokers, I'm not the first person to mention this as an employee for a brokerage to be this mismanaged.
