My husband and I bought our first home in the middle of a global pandemic...we had no idea what we were doing as first time home buyers and the situation with COVID was unprecedented. So we were a little nervous about making such a huge life decision. But Amir was truly amazing. He made the process enjoyable and low stress and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

During the escrow process Amir read every last tine of every contract and was super clear with us what everything meant. And even after we closed, Amir has been checking up on us to make sure everything is just right, from getting our mail sorted out, to getting our refund from escrow, to having the contact info for a fantastic handyman.

I honestly wish I could buy a house every year just to get a chance to hang out with Amir more often - I can promise you that choosing Amir as your realtor will be the best decision you make in the homebuying process.

Amir helped me and my husband purchase our very first home in the highly coveted and trendy Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles. Despite a very competitive market with limited inventory, our entire home purchase process (from searching to bidding to close) took only four months. From the very start, Amir was always available to answer my numerous inquiries and helped me understand the whole process. For those unfamiliar with what services he provides -- our home purchase began with meeting with Amir to talk about what we were looking for in a home. He then sent us different homes he thought we would like. We chose which ones we wanted to see in person, and he picked us up to visit the homes on the weekend (or whenever was convenient for our schedules). Once we found our home, he handled all discussions with the seller's agent and the paperwork. We actually got outbid on the home, but Amir was persistent and followed up with the seller's agent until he got us the place! We didn't even have to raise our offer price either 🙂 The seller ended up being a pain to deal with in escrow and closing, but Amir made everything easier by following up with the HOA and the seller's agent until all issues were resolved. Amir also referred us to a wonderful lender who is equally as responsive and committed to making our home-buying experience smooth and successful. We cannot say enough about how great Amir is and how happy we are with the results. I recently purchased my first home in Los Angeles and working with Amir made the experience a lot less stressful. Amir was patient, thorough, extremely proactive and very helpful throughout the whole process. He listened to my goals and desires for location, price range, explained what my buying options were and the entire home buying process step by step. Other agents either were non-responsive or put a lot of pressure on me to select them as an agent. Their advice was to ump on a purchase right away or to settle for a home that didn’t meet the key characteristics I wanted.
