We don’t like rating anybody with a low rating. But we had a very bad experience this time. We’ve had our taxes done with them for some time years ago. But decided to do our own tax ourselves. But after doing so, we decided to go back with them and found nothing but issues of misspelling to other issues , seems like we were having more run around then anything else. We discussed that we had a letter from the irs that we didn’t have on our possession and we were told that they have to see it prior to helping us. Well, we got there and we were told to contact the irs ourselves ou to see what’s going on. After knowing they were able to pull up same document we received on their computer…… Helloooooo…. Why wasn’t this pulled up when we inquired earlier to prevent run around? To top it off, they couldn’t do anything but except tell us we had to contact irs and find out what happened. We did that and we were asked why wasn’t our tax preparer calling for us? Well….. tell me what’s best…. I’m at lost and dissatisfied with their service.

Came to get my taxes done. Waited in the lobby for an hour only to be told that they cant do my taxes bc its close to closing and they wont be back until after the 15th. Complete waste of time.
