I cannot express how grateful I am for Georgina’s support and help throughout our claim process. She is truly the only reason why we decided to renew our policy with State Farm and the only one who took the time to return our calls, and emails. It has been over a month and me and my husband never received a call from Ernesto which we called and left various messages for him specifically to give us a call back and help us figure out what was going with our claim. Georgina in my opinion is the best and the face of that office, always count on her to be there every step of the way. Not only has she been great with our auto and home policy but also with my life insurance policy. Thank you Georgina for all the help and support!!!

I’ve been a client of State Farm for so many years and I’ve recently had one of the worst experiences ever. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I received a call from Cynthia on Friday in regards of my renewal of my policy which is due to to expire in 2 days. The conversation went a little like this “due other householders in my policy resulting in many losses..as in accidents… and also a loss that I’ve been in back at 2021.. we can no longer renew your insurance.” After already going in person to talk to Ernesto about this situation a couple months back, he assured us that this wouldn’t affect my renewal whatsoever. now I have to find a new car insurance in 2 days or else will be at risk of getting a ticket.

I would say it’s very unprofessional and unethical of them to go back on their word and very inconsiderate, especially considering that the call took place on a Friday and only have 2 days to find a new insurance company ! Never going back to State Farm nor do I recommend making business with anyone in this office.

Ernesto is extremely patient with me I value him because he spends extra time to educate me since I am not that tech savvy. He demonstrated on how the Drive Safe & Save discount app works, how I'm driving and how the discount is applied. Now I know beforehand what my next discount amount will be.
