Without hesitation, I would recommend Erika Thomas - State Farm in Wilson, NC. They quoted me multiple rental policies and our homeowner insurance. Of course, I was skeptical at first that they could do any better than our current provider. I was totally wrong! They provided me with detailed pricing and answered my every question and concern. I ended up with a package which was customized for my specific needs, much better coverage and great service for the same price I was already paying. Needless to say, my previous insurance policies left much to be desired. I was underinsured and got no customer service. This is why I was shopping insurance to begin with. Dealing with Erika Thomas - State Farm in Wilson, NC was a breath of fresh air. Brittney is a terrific! She addressed my every concern and treated me like family. She is just a really nice person with great character. She is trustworthy, provides excellent service and genuinely cares about the people she deals with. If anyone asks me about insurance, my response won't be "Call Jake", it'll be "Call Brittney at Erika Thomas - State Farm in Wilson"
