Agent Linda is very rude and doesn’t appreciate or value customers. I was with Erie since 2017 until 2024. When I called Langtree today to possibly reinstate my policy, the agent Linda was very rude and unprofessional. She stated in so many words, we don’t want your business. I worked with a specific agent at Langtree for years, but he’s no longer with them. This isn’t how you treat customers, especially customers that have been with the company for years. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

I had business insurance with this company since the inception of my store. Hurricane Helene knocked out my city + my city's (Asheville) water resources. My business is shuttered until safe drinking water comes back. I filed a claim for economic interruption and was denied. Took them forever to file a "report," just to tell me they won't help. Expect this company to be common insurance greed monsters who will leave you hanging in the very worst of times.

I have been with Langtree Insurance a few years now and have absolutely no complaints! Josh was awesome to work with. He was able to reduce my auto insurance premiums tremendously, and with maximum coverage that I didn't have with my previous carrier. Since then, all interactions with Josh and his staff has been superb (two daughters on my plan makes for a lot of calls and emails). I especially want to recognize Millie. She's amazing at what she does. In my opinion, she goes above and beyond, and the support she has given me is absolutely the best there can be!

Great experience! I've been working with Josh for a few years now on auto insurance. Recently got my new home all set up with them. I buy and sell cars more frequently then your typical car owner and they always make it so simple for me to add and remove cars. Couldn't imagine going back to another company! Always fantastic customer service and they make it as easy as can be with better coverage and lower costs then competitors!

An Insurance Agent who is there for you! I switched to Langtree Insurance several years ago and they saved me a great deal of money. In this world of technology getting a live person has gone by the wayside. Not at Langtree. There is always someone available to help. I couldn't be more pleased!
