Talk about a whirlwind!!! And we had I think just the right realtor. Thank you Eric!!! As a military family coming to new state can be a little hectic, especially when you think buying a home is part of the equation. Eric was suggested to us by a fellow Military member which is a big plus. Considering this was our first home purchase, we had no idea what to expect and from all of the not so great experiences I have heard personally from friends and family we were hesitant Eric made this much easier. Great communication, always available and understanding that all of this was new to us. We appreciated the lack of aggressiveness in getting a home sold. Overall a great experience, no matter what, the numbers always look huge and intimidating for a new buyer I believe, but with the right realtor it is just that much easier. We also appreciate the communication even after everything was said and done, moved in. We cannot recommend Eric Salinas enough, great realtor you can't go wrong!!!

We cannot say thank you enough to Eric and his whole team for helping us find our first home! Met Eric when I had a few days in San Antonio and not a lot of time to interview a lot of realtors. Eric made himself available but was never pushy. Once we got to talking, I knew immediately that his style was more about quality experiences than total output. There is something much more rewarding about buying a house with a realtor that is personal versus transactional. Throughout the entire process Eric was helping navigate our preferences and being honest and helpful to manage our expectations. He routinely shared his experiences and offered sound advice based on his expertise of the San Antonio market. Eric went above and beyond, taking my calls at off-hours due to my living in Australia. Eric was my eyes and ears on the ground throughout the entire process. Once our offer was accepted, Eric continued to advocate for our position all the way through the closing. After closing, Eric has remained available as my family transitioned from a decade overseas. I consider him a friend rather than my realtor. I cannot recommend Eric enough.
