I have been a customer of Eric’s for 6 years and I couldn’t be happier. He offers a level of service that makes a world of difference. I have two vehicles insured with him, I’ve made multiple vehicle purchases and Eric is always available to help change, adjust and rework our policy. Besides being knowledgeable he is available for help if and when you get in an accident or have any trouble. I hit a guys car with my door on accident once with a new car and when the gentleman started causing me problems Eric took over and got everything going with mine and the other parties insurance. I never wait on hold, I don’t talk to someone I don’t know, when I have a question or issue I talk directly to Eric. In this world full of 1800 numbers and transfers to the wrong department, it is greatly appreciated.
