I’ve been friends with Eric for almost 10 years. When we decided that we were going to sell our Daly City home, it was natural to select Eric as our realtor. Because it’s a decently long process from when you decide to sell a home to when escrow is closed, strong communication between realtor and client is a must. I really appreciated how engaged he was with us on keeping us updated on status and other things. When we spoke, the conversation was always, “we”, versus “you” or “you guys.” It was truly a partnership working with Eric. He listened to our concerns, our recommendations, and other things, but in the end, we wanted to let Eric’s experience steer us into the final decision-making progress.

One of the biggest areas we had to decide on was the amount of work we wanted to do to our house to prep it for sale. I appreciated how engaged Eric was in this process – he and I would discuss the options, the cost, and he wanted to meet the various contractors to ensure they would do a good job. While I was sourcing our own contractors, Eric was able to find a contractor he worked with in the past that had reasonable rates and was able to work efficiently. We went with Eric’s contractor and the work he did was immaculate and for an affordable price. Additionally, the contractor completed the work in fewer than two weeks. And, the work that he did was far more than what we expected – he basically gave us a new kitchen, new floors, new bathrooms, and new carpets – while also updating some of the home details like doorknobs, light fixtures, and some plumbing work.

I would highly highly highly recommend Eric as your realtor. In the end, we received multiple offers well above what we thought we’d receive, and in a very short time frame. Thank you Eric!
