I moved to FL from NY about 2 years ago. As a result of not being affiliated with a broker, my NY RE agent license expired. I researched 100% Commission firms to reinstate my license. There were numerous and I reached out to some. The only RE company that was most responsive and diligent was eRealty Advisors, specifically Richard Wolff. The application process was 100% online and streamlined. Although there is a monthly fee to be associated with eRealty Advisors, I find the investment well worth the price, especially if my application process and enrolment is any indication of how I will be treated by the firm in the future. Truly a pleasant experience!

Working with Christopher Kirk has been one of the worst experience applying for a apartment.

it started off with applying for an apartment he had listed. I was told i need to send $225.00 to take the apartment off the market & a credit check. I sat at a coffee shop for 30 mins filling out a application to then waking up the next more to a text message for a link for a application so i can do the whole process again.I sent over my docs needed for application & was told the landlord takes about 5 days to respond. & he will reach out to the landlord after the weekend. I found myself having to follow up with him to then tell me i was not approved because the landlord isn’t in a rush & wants to look at other options.

I then request for my deposit & credit check fees to be refunded and get a response that i have to wait. I found myself waiting to long for him to actually do something.

He then asks for zelle information once again, when he should’ve had all the information he needs from me to be able to send back my fees. I ended up sending him my Full name with phone number with 1 incorrect number which ended up being sent to someone else. Before confirming payment. Zelle double confirms Recipient information. WHICH christopher should have since all communication were through text message & phone. It Showed a completely different name. (Please see attched screenshot)

Now chris is telling me there is nothing he can do but hope whoever he sent the money too will end up sending back the money. & Tells me he won’t be in the office for a week.

showing no care in the world. this was my experience with christopher. Costing me time & Money.
