Even as we entered the holiday season and interest rates began to rise, Kathleen kept her positive attitude and

To Kathleen, going above and beyond seems to be second nature. When I moved a half hour away, Kathleen would often go by my house to take care of things like turning on lights and checking the thermostat. She even came with her husband to help me move heavy items into the truck headed to the landfill.

They want to jack up the rent whenever possible and play "landlord" but when it comes time to do repairs they drag their feet and make excuses.... that is right up until they are going to sell your rental out from under you and that's when things all of a sudden get addressed and fixed. Next to no consideration for notice before sale. If you are renting and you find these people as your property managers - run. Buy a house. Move in with mom. Etcetera. Sally was TERRIBLE. I have called this company three times to ask about a rental property and the Realtor has yet to call me back. I called her, tried to leave a voicemail and her mailbox was full. Completely unprofessional. When I called again to ask about speaking to her, a gentleman told me "I don't know, I'm not her secretary". I have tried to give them a chance but they do not treat people kindly or fair. Don't waste your time calling, they won't call you back.
