2.26.25...Appt scheduled for 3p, and i arrived at 240p. You have to park and walk up to the guardbooth for check in. I checked in with the nice woman at the guardbooth. I was advised to wait for a call to a door. Once i got that call, I had to stop at the booth and let them check my seal and temp. The call for a door came in at 348p. The unloading began at 403p and was done by 423p with bills in hand by . The gentlemen that unloaded me by the names of Cody and Buck, thank you for being efficient by the way. There is overnight parking for about 8 trucks i believe but there is a Love's less then a mile away.

Night security black guy was friendly.

Receivers unloaded quickly within an hour but fogot to return my load lock. I was at the security guard when I found this and told a elder white lady about this. She said I had to leave and park at their staging area. When I returned in few minutes, another white young lady did not allow to enter again to pick-up my load lock. Eventually, they kicked me out deniying the fact that there had been any load lock at all.

I can live with a lost of that load lock but nobody has to be humiliated in this nasty manner. So, do not leave your equipment inside of your trailer when backing to their dock.

During my 2nd visit here I removed my load lockers and left them outside. No harm to my financial well being and mental health this time.

The young white security girl was nice to me. Perhaps, she did not recall that incident. I noticed that she looked well-groomed and simply gorgeous. It appears this company treats her well and she has been doing well.

To sum up, not a bad place but you should watch your load locks and some follow draconian instructions that they put in writing since my last visit here.

I don’t know what the negative reviews are about. Appt at 1900, arrived 1500, loaded and bills in hand at 1615.
I mentioned how fast it all was to the lady that gave me the bills. She stated if there is a delay it’s because you don’t arrive precooled.

Awesome experience. Was running 3 hours behind due to delays at shipper. They got me in as soon as I arrived. Unloaded quick. Service was exceptional. Quick unload professional and a lifesaver to boot. I wish more places was like this one.

Quick loading service, my appt was 8:00pm I checked in 7:24 I got loaded and had my paperwork 8:12pm! U have to park at designated parking spot before checking in, and they Will call when they have door for u!! Z security guards are very friendly treat u like as a human!! Tnx guys 👍👏👏,

Came to pick up a load. Arrived 2 hours early from my appmt time. Need to park at staging area before check-in. Staging area only has space for maybe 6 trucks...a bit tight. Place do smell like death. After check-in it took maybe 10 minutes to b assigned a door. Loaded within 30 minutes. Great timing. Docks r tight as well.

Arrived 1 hr prior. 2.5 hrs later into the door. Unloading started immediately.
Others have stated good tips for here so I'll skip that stuff.
Good or bad, it's the nature of reefer freight. We get what we get.
