Shameful: "Well the biggest problem I seen up there is people have problems with bed bugs, roaches, and rats and all," a neighbor said.

Covil reached out to the company that owns the Carriage House Apartments, Envolve Communities of Alabama, asking about the potential repair of the second elevator and the pest problems.

Covil has yet to receive a response.

Allen says all she wants from Envolve is simple.

"I'd like to see the elevator working and get the building straightened out. That's what I'd like to see."

This company racks up debts with small businesses then hides behind local managers. They owe our staffing company over $20K and have refused to pay. If you cannot cover payroll, you cannot be a sound company.

Every since this property was bought it has been nothing but bad. The regional manager Dorie Byrd is rude to her employees and residents. How hr let's her get away with it I don't know. During the renovation we weren't even offered a month of free rent. It took 5 months to do my apartment and the movers broke my stuff and stole from me. They don't want to compensate you for none of your stuff.

Don't accept choice vouchers...why would I call your office or talk to anyone to apply if u discriminate against vouchers? IYou don't accept my Payment choice, why apply? Do u subsidize or accept any other programs like HUD?

Looked at one of their properties in Oklahoma. Manager said a unit was coming available and only had one. Pressured us into putting down money and applying. NEVER heard back from them & they won't return my calls. Called corporate and got the run around and bs excuses for why we can't get our money back! TOTAL THEIVES!! Have the worst management!

I use to live at Quail Creek Apts and it is roach and mouse infested. Management and Regional Manager are dishonest and liars. The board members and the corporate office need to take an interest in their property.
