Such a wonderful business to rent and lease from. My husband and I have been doing business almost a full year with Enterprise Signature Properties and have had nothing but the absolute best experience. This company clearly doesn’t care about their tenants. I was staying in one of their rentals which with many complaints to them directly on the issues in the rental. They did nothing to fix the issues at hand. I had pest issues, doors that were not properly installed letting heat in my home.. I literally had to take on the role of bob the builder! Even under the rental tenet laws they did nothing. Don’t rent from them! You would be better off in a motel! They are quite quick to respond to fake nice reviews but don’t let there be an actual issue in your home!

My wife and I purchased a home in Dothan, AL. We plan to retire there eventually and meanwhile have a tenant. Enterprise located an excellent tenant and saw to it that some necessary repairs were made and made well. I've found them to be responsive and effective and am very pleased they are managing the property for us. Highly recommend.

This company has decided to say my review is false. Demetrius ricks is my fiances account! These people have stolen $1400 and lied to us for months! If you think the negative reviews are false contact the people who live and rent from them and ask about their experience!
