We had to rent a suburban to go out of state for a family emergency. After we picked the car up, there was some issues with the vehicle. Erick and his crew immediately rectify the situation and made everything a smooth transition. I was very impressed with their professionalism, kindness and courteous. I was extremely satisfied and thanked them so much for taking care of us under such a stressful situation. I could not give them a higher recommendation. Enterprise should be proud of that crew in Manteca. Thanks again for what you did

This is the second time we rented a minivan and they didn’t have it, but they made it right both times by getting us into something else pretty quickly. We felt the care, and effort from staff, especially Monica. Giving 5 stars despite the hiccups, because they really made it right.

This place is a joke. Made my reservation with over a week advanced called a day before to double check and whoever I talked to said the car would be ready I got there at 7:30 just to be told I had to wait 30min to an hour till they got cars back. Fine I waited I can be understanding and patient but they got nothing in they wanted to give me a smaller car for 4 adults and a toddler plus luggage. Why let people keep making reservations when you don’t have the vehicles and by the reviews it’s not the first time. You guys need a better system and more organization.

My experience at this enterprise was just ok. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. I made the reservation about a week in advance. The day before my reservation I received a voicemail stating that they anticipated a shortage of staff and lengthy wait times up to an hour or more and they can only fit a couple of customers in the building at a time. This was in the beginning of July so morning temperatures were 95-100+ degrees. While I appreciated the heads up, I booked the reservation at a specific time because I had somewhere to be. So with this information I show up 30 minutes before my reservation and there was not 1 customer in the lobby. I arrived and was told I would need to wait about 15 minutes for them to clean the car. While I'm waiting there is a woman who I believe to be a manager of some sort calling people telling them they need to return their cars. There was no privacy and this was done out in the open. I would think this type of conversation should be a bit more private but I heard all of the details of all of her calls ranging from the insurance company stopped paying a week ago and the amount due is significant to their reservation ended 3 days ago and they needed to know where the car was. Then a younger guy answered phones and was being condescending and snarky and making faces while talking to customers on the phone. I found this to be pretty unprofessional. Once my car was ready I go outside and inspect the vehicle which was turned off. I see some dents here and there and a big splotch of what seemed like sticky tree sap on the windshield and it wouldn't come off. Then whatever chemical they used to clean the dashboard was on the windshield and trying to wipe it clean only made it worse by smearing it. So, I had a greasy partially obstructed windshield. I was in a hurry, so I just signed the tablet. I was never offered a printed copy of my contract which was strange because what if God forbid, I was pulled over? Later I found out there was no registration in the vehicle which had Nevada plates, no car owner manual, no paperwork whatsoever. Just an empty glove compartment. Once I turn on the vehicle and drive off the lot, I turned on the air conditioner since it was over 100 degrees now and I get a big blast of marijuana stench. I tried airing out the car, running the air conditioner, bought air fresheners, and nothing got rid of the stench. I had the car for 5 days and was stuck with the stench the entire time. It was extra embarrassing since my trip involved entering government property in which I had to roll down the window to provide identification so the security officer got a nice whiff of the stench. The car itself was nice. Just the smell was my biggest problem with the car. I think the staff would benefit from some training on customer service and professionalism. So again, the experience was just ok. I highly doubt I will rent from this location again.

Excellent customer service from the Manteca Branch! The van we rented was perfect for our trip! Will definitely use Enterprise again.
