I see a lot of these reviews are older. Wish I had noticed that before setting foot in this establishment. I have been waiting over a week to get my tax return, met with Karen last week, sent her some itemized documents she requested within 24 hours of my appt. When I didn’t get any updates, I decided to shoot her an email 4 days out, no response, so figured I’d call today 8 days out to finally get an update. I had the absolute rudest conversation with both the receptionist and Karen regarding the status of my return. They were completely obnoxious making me feel like my asking for a status update was not acceptable . I am still not sure when my uncomplicated W2 return will be done. Will update if my experience improves. But still no answers.

Mrs. Phyllis has helped us with our tax preparation for over ten years now. I own a small business and the thought of trying to do my taxes on my own is terrifying. We are always confident in Mrs. Phyllis and it's a huge relief to have her help us. We're so grateful for all that she has done for us over the years. The customer service at Elph's Accounting is wonderful. We love it there!

I appreciated the great job they did for us on our 2014 taxes. Our filing agent was super friendly and knew exactly how to get us the most from our taxes. The receptionist they had yesterday wasn't so friendly though. I will be back to file with them again for 2015.
